Executive Product Architect

Simplicity is derived from a deep understanding of complexity.

As an Executive Product Architect, I bring clarity where disciplines diverge and unify complexity into focused, executable strategy. I use data to define what we’re building, why it matters, and how we’ll get there—clearly and decisively. With deep hands-on knowledge across disciplines, I lead and inspire cross-functional product teams toward a shared vision and measurable business outcomes. It’s a role most digital organizations don’t formally define—but it’s the one I’ve grown into and lead at scale.

Justin brings deep technical skill and the aesthetic sense of an architect to problems large and small. He’s a hard worker, leader and strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and get hands-on when necessary.

‍AI Disruption

I build intelligent products that transform industries and disrupt markets.

As a product and technology executive, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver award-winning experiences and platforms—blending strategy, research, design, engineering, systems architecture, data, and AI. From mobile apps and SaaS platforms to enterprise ecosystems, I translate complexity into clarity, creating user experiences that captivate users and innovation that creates lasting competitive advantages.

Justin is one of the most passionate hard-driving technology and business leaders I have ever encountered.

INNOVATION CULTURE

At JP Morgan I accelerated the innovation process and launched 11 zero-to-one products in two years.

At JP Morgan’s Area X innovation lab, I helped shape and launch 11 zero-to-one products—including Intelligence, the first customer-facing app to deliver real-time market data, along with solutions leveraging AI, blockchain, biometrics, and quantum computing. Proving that with the right leadership, process, and people even the largest, most regulated institutions can move fast, experiment often, and think differently.

Transformational Leadership

At Verizon, I enabled an $11B shift to digital conversion and a 50% increase in NPS.

Verizon serves over 100 million customers, generating billions of digital interactions annually across mobile, web, and B2B/B2C channels. I led a multi-year transformation across product, design, engineering, and marketing disciplines—delivering an enterpirse wide cross-channel design system and marketing platform with AI-powered real time personalization that enabled a massive shift to digital. We consolidated fragmented systems, unified channels and lines of business, accelerated delivery 8x, and aligned hundreds of stakeholders, technologists, product managers, and designers. At this scale, every shift is a mountain. You don’t climb it. You move it.

Justin’s leadership thinking in designing the solution, driving the vision, and finally realizing these new ways of working for next-generation digital products is commendable.

Cross-functional Leadership

Simplicity is derived from a deep understanding of complexity.

That’s not just a mantra—it’s a mindset. I believe the best products emerge from systems thinking, cross-functional clarity, and well-designed processes. Simplicity at scale requires a strong product culture, agile execution, and automation at the core. Optimizing collaboration isn’t about more meetings—it’s about shared understanding, clear workflows, and space to focus on the work that matters. I help teams cut through chaos to uncover core truths, then design, build, and scale with precision and speed. With deep expertise across disciplines, I don’t just lead digital transformation—I architect it.

Justin is logical and methodical, which allows him to quickly cipher through information that is irrelevant, and tackle the root of the issue.

Background

From physical space to digital experiences

With a degree from Syracuse University’s prestigious School of Architecture, I began my career designing buildings at Gensler and managing large-scale projects. That’s where I honed my ability to think in systems, layers, constraints, workflows, timelines, people, and efficiency—and how to build things that last.

Driven by a deep passion for software engineering and UX design, I brought that mindset to digital. I founded a design-led engineering studio where we developed lean agile delivery methods that brought clients unprecedented value. Over time, I evolved into a product executive who integrates design thinking with strategy, systems architecture, and AI at Fortune 50 companies—still grounded in the lean startup mentality and technical fluency that shaped my early career.

Cross-Industry Perspective

I work across industries, channels, and audiances to break through old thinking.

From fintech and healthcare to telecom, retail, and enterprise platforms—I’ve helped companies reimagine how products are built, scaled, and delivered. That breadth isn’t a distraction—it’s a strategic advantage. It lets me challenge assumptions, cross-pollinate ideas, and bring fresh perspective where others repeat patterns. I’ve worked across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models—building SaaS, PaaS, marketplaces, API first, and AI-driven systems. This range enables me to spot patterns early, simplify complexity, and drive innovation that sticks. That’s how markets are disrupted, and how growth and relevance are sustained.

Justin is a highly capable business leader with a technology background. This makes him a unique partner to any IT organization as he understands how IT can enable and empower the business.
